Needle roll on a budget

My budget won't allow for a snazzy needle roll for my circs, and l really couldn't be bothered making one. I have another 5 or maybe 6 circs on the way from Jolly Jumbuck to add to 9 l already have. Too many for most needle rolls you can buy, l know, l spent 4 hours searching.. One l saw reminded me of a CD case, so l tried
some circs in a case l had. They fit really well but still only held 12, so a shopping l did go. I had a look at every CD case l could find and decided on a DVD case as it more room for longer needles. The one on the right can hold 32 sets with the option of adding or removing pages and was only $14.
While l was looking l decided that a small expanding file would make a great budget option, this one was less than $4.
I forgot to grab the $2 CD holder that fits on the sun visor in your car, also a great cheap way to store circs.
All this storage to fill... its tempted me to order another 7 circs, thankfully they are still on sale.
I have found l can't use straight needles as my wrists ache, circs l can and sometimes do knit all day with no problems.
